You Want the Good News or the Bad News?
Florida Miracles lost 0-3. Apparently, they did not get the miracle they needed. The SF Giants beat the Florida Marlins 3-2! We had a great time at the Miracles game at a really nice ballpark. Jack bought a cool shirt and Bridget got a baseball bracelet. We found two giveaway shirts for Bridget walking out. Great time out with MeMe and Papa. Thanks Uncle Dean for the tickets!
Baseball Autographs
On Cinco de Mayo, Jack caught an autographed tortilla thrown into the stands signed by Brad Tippett #19, Pitcher from Australia!
Update.....
Bridget spent the day with MeMe and Papa making doll clothes and maybe a trip to the fabric store. Jack worked his butt off the entire day with Grandpa mowing and trimming and cutting down palm trees. He was bushed. But... We all are going to a minor league baseball game- Jupiter Hammerheads Vs. Fort Meyers Miracles. Pics to come! Go Giants!
What We Have Here is a Failure to Communicate
When you come around grandpa's house, uninvited, you may be met by the business end of a Smith and Wesson. Well, grandpa is away mowin with Jack. So when a suspicious (read "i aint never done seen that there car before") vehicle drives around the security gate, parks in front of the garage and 2 bubbas git out and walk out past the side of the Grandpa's house, then stroll in the woods behind the house... a guy starts thinking "why is my gun locked up instead of in my hand". After spying on them and getting a photo of the car and license plate, I called 911 - Lee County Sheriff's Department finest. They got here in 60 seconds and nabbed the bubbas! Their story was Uncle Bill (Grandpa) had them put a hog trap back in the woods. I looked at the bubbas and said, all I know is grandpa wudda shot at these guys and I never seen nor heard of them before. Turns out everyone is an uncle of a cousin 'round here. The story checked out, but Grandpa still didn't know they were comin' 'round here today. Code 4, 10-98, Nora!
Day 6 Intinerary
Jack got up early to help grandpa mow. It should be an all day job. The rest are resting and I have to find out where to get the RV trailer serviced on a warranty repair. Nothing major, but if I have a warranty, then I let somebody else do the job. Later, we have tickets to a minor league baseball game tonight. After last night's win, Jodie will probably want to run over to Miami to see the SF Giants sweep the Florida Marlins on Thursday night. She is such a gamer!

The Other Sleepy Head
This time, Bridget conked out from having too much Florida! Shopping for swimsuits, swimming at Meme's, supper at MeMe's and staying up till 11:30 watching the Giants beat the Marlins was too much for her... until tomorrow!
